Born and raised in Denver, Harley Fisher has been involved in Denver area real estate for over 31 years.

Focused primarily on working with residential buyers and sellers, his real estate background also includes commercial transactions, appraisals and investments (both commercial and residential).

Harley has worked for some of the most well-known real estate firms in the city including Perry & Butler, Cherry Creek Properties and Heller-Mark.

Having grown up in Denver and lived here all his life, Harley is well acquainted with just about every metro area neighborhood and its history, trends and values.

He considers the real estate Contract his specialty. In his opinion, too many real estate agents treat this document too casually. When it comes to the Contract provisions, amendments and addenda, Harley is so detail-oriented, he is often told, “You’re so meticulous, you should have been a lawyer.” His response, “I’m just protecting my clients.”

Harley has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the  highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field that recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the CRS Designation is conferred only on those agents who meet its stringent requirements.

Harley is a graduate of George Washington High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder.

He is best known for his “over and above” level of service to clients and his assiduous attention to detail.
